I discovered my passion for art-making during undergrad at the University of Illinois in Urbana. I initially set about to study architecture but quickly found my niche and transferred to the Art School. Four years later, I was named the Outstanding Senior Painter. I scratched out a living as a full-time artist for the next six years. Wanting to take my career to the next level, I moved to Los Angeles in 2001 to start my MFA studies at the California Institute of the Arts. I completed my education in Experimental Animation which further developed my knowledge and abilities. Below are some of my favorite pieces from 1995-present made from various media.
